Chealsey proudly graduated from the University of Washington, receiving her degree in Communication and Minor in Education, Learning, and Societies; she is thrilled to be to taking on her new role as a School Outreach Coordinator at Lakota Middle School. Raised in Tacoma, WA, Chealsey hopes to create a positive impact for her students and those around the Federal Way- Highline District. Outside of work, Chealsey enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, and practicing mindfulness. Chealsey is overjoyed to join the CIS team, serving as both an ally and advocate for students and her team.
